  Level One: Assessment is intended for teens, young adults, and "starters" of any age. When I was younger, I had no true mentor, just a sense of being one among many, unsure of my direction. If I'd had the guidance to understand myself and my values, my path might have been clearer, but I trust now that wandering was essential. As the saying goes, "All those who wander are not lost!" What I offer is a series of personality assessments, an in-depth interview, and an evaluative conversation about how your core values help you discover who you are and why, so you can step confidently into your next chapter.

Level Two includes Assessment and moves in to explore the many roles we play in life, and how our Values shape our relationships and choices. Some relationships are complicated. Some neither can, nor should be severed - but navigating them with intention requires deep self-awareness.

I work with individuals, couples, families, professionals, and parents in Level Two. We focus on communication, boundaries, managing emotions, and making sound decisions. Level Two begins with a deep dive into your core values and teaches skills and practical tools to help you foster a more authentic sense of self within your relationships.

Level Three focuses on Dream Work and moves deeper into the area of symbolism and the unconscious. 

The images and stories you tell yourself in dreams give you insight into profound information from the truest parts of your soul. As a Dream Coach, I partner with you as a guide, a questioner, a witness to your dreams. I help you discover the wealth of meaning and the truths you can apply in your waking life to problem-solve, gain self-awareness, and use this knowledge to live more mindfully. I will often use art as a means to bring images into conscious awareness, giving you more access to what they have to offer in your daily life, understanding your past, and illuminating the direction you may be seeking as you become the version of Self you choose to be.

If you're guided by a rich inner life, if your dreams are profound and filled with imagery, if you have a deep resonance with mythology, story, and art, Level Three may be exactly where you belong. 

Level Four is the heart, the final level, the center of Concentric Coaching: Introducing Individuation. This lifelong process is for the seeker, those drawn to spiritual, philosophical, and personal growth. Here, we embark on a journey to your innermost self, exploring your Ego (the part of you that is aware), the Self (YOU), and the inner voices that influence your choices (personal unconscious). Using Jungian Concepts and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Theory, I help you connect with these hidden aspects of yourself - those who have lived alongside you, or may be exiled, and need to be seen and heard. This is navigating to the center as you move towards wholeness.

Please note: Concentric Coaching is not therapy or classical analysis, and it isn't for everyone. In our initial conversation, we'll determine whether a coaching level is right for you or if therapy would be a better fit. I am not a Jungian analyst, but I can point you in the direction to find one if your desire is to seek analysis. Ultimately, you're in the driver's seat. I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
