Individual Coaching Rates

Personal coaching for any issue related to transitions, personal growth, or dealing with decisons and stressors - base fee $90.00 per session. 

Specialized rates may apply.

Individual Coaching using The Levels

Level one: $85.00 per session or $300.00 for a one-month commitment 

Includes: The initial assessment session, three  one-hour virtual meetings, and access to Kristi via scheduled call, email, or text for the duration of the coaching

Level two: $100.00 per session or $350.00 for one month

Level three: $110.00 per session, or $400.00 for one month

For Individual Coaching, you can choose from the topics menu on the services page, or bring your own presenting concern to coaching. Openness is my core value!

Couples Coaching rates are set as a series.

$120.00 per meeting over a twelve-week commitment. Sessions can be extended if further need is determined. 

Sessions are to be attended weekly for a minimum of one hour. Coaching includes one joint session, two individual sessions for assessment and goal-setting, and the remaining sessions for couples work.

I offer groups and workshops for Levels one, two, and three.

You can choose from topics and content based on your needs or group goals.  

Ideal for:

• Specialized communities like homeschooling groups and graduates
• Churches, schools, businesses, or academic organizations
• Small groups of like-minded people seeking experiential learning

Multi-level workshops are scheduled with morning and afternoon sessions, with a minimum of 10 attendees per workshop per day.

Attendees at a half-day workshop may opt for a follow-up individual coaching session for a reduced-rate additional fee. 

Packages can be built from the topics menu on the services page. Each additional topic creates a multi-level group or workshop. 

Jungian Coaching contains all four levels. Rates are set as a series.

$125.00 per session over a twelve-week commitment.

Sessions may include 

• Assessment
• Parts work
• Psychoeducation on Jungian concepts
• An introduction to shadow work
• Dream Work
• Coaching with a Jungian approach to specific issues or problems you bring to the session 
• Art-based exercises may be employed where beneficial. Sessions may be extended if desired on a week-to-week basis. 
• Information regarding referral to analysis with a Jungian Therapist is available at any time.
